MOSH Jewelry Oy (Business ID FI27738902) sells products to private persons worldwide. All prices shown include Finnish VAT 24%, which won’t be charged customers located outside EU. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.
Placing an order
You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving possible issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Stripe Technology Europe, Limited (“Stripe PSP“) is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The Central Bank of Ireland has authorised Stripe PSP as an electronic money institution under reference number C187865.
Delivery and costs
The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as unregistered or registered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code.
Some products with 0 stock are available as a backorder and they will have a long delivery time. Backorders are handmade and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks from the order.
Our usual delivery times within Finland are approximately 3-5 business days, within EU 3-7 business days and within non-EU 7-14 business days depending on the order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the front page of our web store.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange or return products, please first contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
You can exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.
When returning an order, please attach your order number, your name and contact information to package.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items that are lost in the return shipping will not be compensated.
Note that custom made orders do not have this return policy, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we do not refund
- our shipping costs
- any additional fees or interests if you paid with Jousto
- any taxes you have paid.
NOTE! Failure to pick up the package is not a refund.
NOTE! As a customer, you are responsible for the information you provide and the accuracy of the delivery address. If your delivery address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we have right to charge an additional postage with processing fees before resending the package.

Refunding a payment
We will send you an email when your return has been received.
If we accept the return, the payment made for the returned products will be refunded to the payment card, bank transfer or PayPal account within a few business days.
If a product was paid for with a gift card, the value will be returned to the gift card or customer will be given a gift card of the same value. A gift card cannot be exchanged for money.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service email@example.com. Complaints must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
If a product is broken in transit, this must be notified also directly to courier company. We help you to find the right contact information.
MOSH Jewelry Oy will pay the costs of the return shipment. Please note that we don not have contract with the Posti or any courier company, so you have to contact us first for further instructions about return shipment.
Please note that the policy of returning a defective products also applies to custom made orders but only to the extent that the product is being repaired.
Settlement of disputes
Primarily we aim to resolve any dispute situations by negotiating directly with the customer either by email, telephone or in a meeting.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi)
